Kirley and his wife, Dorothy Kirley. Appellees are Carter H. Lamb and Victoria Lamb, the parents of Dorothy Kirley. The order appealed from was entered in a consolidated case wherein the petition for adoption was combined with an application for writ of habeas corpus filed by appellees.
